Last month I went on tour with Meg Baird with Sharon Van Etten as support. They are both very special ladies.
Meg has revived my love of Felt with her cover of 'A Wave Crashed On Rocks', which she closed most shows with. The photo of her above was taken on our way to Brighton from Bristol.
This is Sharon in Bristol. I think she was living inside my head a little while ago when she wrote 'Consolation Prize'.
Valentine
Today is St Valentine's Day. I spent it photographing a band called Fucked Up. They told me tales of their friend, which involved blood and condoms and urine and sex whilst their new album played in the background.
This is a picture of a love heart I found whilst opening a pot of creme fraiche.
I am currently listening to Dins by Psychic Ills.
